Bhagavad Gita
2.32

यदृच्छया चोपपन्नं स्वर्गद्वारमपावृतम् | सुखिनः क्षत्रियाः पार्थ लभन्ते युद्धमीदृशम् ||३२||

yadṛchchhayā chopapannaṁ svarga-dvāram apāvṛtam sukhinaḥ kṣhatriyāḥ pārtha labhante yuddham īdṛśham

Translation

O Partha, happy are the Kshatriyas to whom such fighting opportunities come unsolicited, opening for them the doors of heaven.

Interpretation

This battle has come to Arjuna unsolicited — it found him. A righteous war that arrives without being sought is the highest opportunity for a warrior: it is a direct invitation to fulfill one's dharma without the complication of personal ambition. The 'doors of heaven' open not through conquest but through the courage to fulfill one's duty.
