adhyeṣyate ca ya imaṁ dharmyaṁ saṁvādam āvayoḥ jñāna-yajñena tenāham iṣṭaḥ syām iti me matiḥ

Translation

And whoever shall study this sacred dialogue of ours — by that person I shall be worshipped through the sacrifice of knowledge; this is My belief.

Interpretation

Every reading of the Gita is a yajna — a sacrifice of knowledge. One who studies this dharmic conversation between Krishna and Arjuna worships the Divine through the fire of understanding. The Gita is not merely a text to be analyzed but a living transmission to be entered into. Each reading is a new encounter with the Divine voice. Each study is a fresh offering in the fire of wisdom. 'This is My belief' — Krishna himself testifies to the sacred power of engaging with this scripture sincerely.
