Translation
One who shall teach this supreme secret to My devotees, having performed the highest devotion to Me, shall undoubtedly come to Me.
Interpretation
The blessing of the teacher: one who shares this supreme secret with devoted seekers — offering the highest devotion to the Divine through this act of service — shall without doubt (asamsayah) come to Krishna. Sharing genuine wisdom with those who are ready is itself the highest spiritual act. The teacher who transmits the Gita's teaching is participating in the eternal flow of wisdom from the Divine through illumined souls to the next generation of seekers. This transmission is sacred, and its practitioner is guaranteed liberation.
