तानहं द्विषतः क्रूरान् संसारेषु नराधमान् | क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु ||
tān ahaṁ dviṣataḥ krūrān saṁsāreṣu narādhamān kṣipāmy ajasram aśubhān āsurīṣv eva yoniṣu
Translation
These cruel haters, the worst of humans, I hurl continually into the cycles of rebirth in demoniac wombs.
Interpretation
The consequences: those who hate the Divine in themselves and others are continually cast (by the force of their own karma and nature) into demoniac births — environments where their orientation toward darkness, ego, and violence continues and deepens. This is not divine punishment in an anthropomorphic sense but the natural consequence of momentum: the soul that is oriented toward these qualities is drawn by the law of affinity into environments matching those qualities. The spiral can perpetuate for many lives, but even for the most hardened demoniac nature, the door to transformation is never permanently closed.
