Resorting to insatiable desire, full of hypocrisy, pride, and arrogance, holding false views through delusion, they act with impure resolves.

The demoniac psychology in action: insatiable desire (dushpuram kama — desire that can never be filled) drives everything. This is accompanied by dambha (hypocrisy — performing virtue for appearance), mana (false pride), and mada (intoxication with power or success). Delusion leads them to grasp at false values (asad-grahas — wrong views), and all their resolves are impure — undertaken not for dharma or the good of others but for self-aggrandizement. The insatiability is key: no achievement satisfies, no possession brings peace, no relationship is ever enough. This is the hell of the demoniac life.
