तस्मात्सर्वेषु कालेषु मामनुस्मर युध्य च । मय्यर्पितमनोबुद्धिर्मामेवैष्यस्यसंशयम् ॥
tasmātsarveṣu kāleṣu māmanusara yudhya ca | mayyarpitamanobuddhirmāmevaiṣyasyasaṃśayam ||
Translation
Therefore, at all times remember Me and fight. With mind and intellect surrendered to Me, you will come to Me without doubt.
Interpretation
The practical conclusion from the law of last thought: since death catches us in the midst of life, we must remember the Divine at all times (sarveṣu kāleṣu — at all times, not just in meditation). And the command is integrated with life: 'fight' — fulfill your duty. Krishna is not asking Arjuna to abandon the battlefield for a monastery. He asks for remembrance within engagement, the mind fixed on the Divine even while the hands perform duty. Mayarpita-mano-buddhi — mind and intellect offered to Me — is the path.
