Interpretation

Sulabhah — easily attained. This is a remarkable word. The Divine who is described as beyond maya, beyond the three gunas, known only by the rarest of souls — is easily attained by the one who remembers constantly (satataṃ, nityashaha) with undivided mind (ananyacetah — one whose mind goes nowhere else). The difficulty is not in the Divine's nature but in the human condition of divided, distracted attention. When attention becomes whole and undivided, the Divine reveals itself easily, naturally, as it is — always present, always near.
