4.11
ये यथा मां प्रपद्यन्ते तांस्तथैव भजाम्यहम् | मम वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते मनुष्याः पार्थ सर्वशः ||११||
ye yathā māṁ prapadyante tāṁs tathaiva bhajāmy aham mama vartmānuvartante manuṣhyāḥ pārtha sarvaśhaḥ
Translation
All of them — as they surrender unto Me — I reward accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects, O son of Pritha.
Interpretation
Krishna meets everyone exactly where they are: 'As they approach Me, so I approach them.' This is the divine democracy — every sincere seeker, regardless of path, is met by the divine in a form that suits them. The divine does not impose one approach but responds to each seeker's sincere intention.
