Bhagavad Gita
12.4

सन्नियम्येन्द्रियग्रामं सर्वत्र समबुद्धयः । ते प्राप्नुवन्ति मामेव सर्वभूतहिते रताः ॥

sanniyamyendriyagrāmaṃ sarvatra samabuddhayaḥ | te prāpnuvanti māmeva sarvabhūtahite ratāḥ ||

Translation

Having controlled all their senses, with equal-mindedness everywhere, engaged in the welfare of all beings — they too attain Me.

Interpretation

Those who follow the impersonal path must possess three qualities: sanniyamya indriya-gramam (complete control of all the senses), sarvatra samabuddhayah (equal-mindedness everywhere — the non-dual vision applied in all circumstances), and sarva-bhuta-hite rata (engaged in the welfare of all beings — the natural compassion that follows from seeing the one Self in all). They too reach the Divine (mam eva — Me alone, the same destination). But the path is more demanding — as the next verse explains.
