वक्त्राणि ते त्वरमाणा विशन्ति दंष्ट्राकरालानि भयानकानि । केचिद्विलग्ना दशनान्तरेषु सन्दृश्यन्ते चूर्णितैरुत्तमाङ्गैः ॥
vaktrāṇi te tvaramāṇā viśanti daṃṣṭrākarālāni bhayānakāni | kecidvilagnā daśanāntareṣu sandṛśyante cūrṇitairuttamāṅgaiḥ ||
Translation
They are rushing into Your terrible mouths with fearful fangs. Some are seen stuck between Your teeth, their heads crushed.
Interpretation
The horrifying vision continues: the warriors are rushing (tvaramanah visvanti — rushing and entering) into the terrible mouths of the cosmic form. Some are seen stuck between the teeth (vilagna dashanantareshu) with their heads being crushed (churnitaih uttamangaih). The imagery is deliberately extreme — this is not metaphor but the direct vision of what happens to all beings as time and death consume them. The battlefield becomes a revelation of the cosmic cycle of creation and destruction that operates constantly, with or without the Kurukshetra war.
