Translation
The Rudras, Adityas, Vasus, Sadhyas, Vishvas, Ashvins, Maruts, and Ushmapas — the hosts of Gandharvas, Yakshas, Asuras, and Siddhas — all are looking at You in amazement.
Interpretation
The complete catalogue of celestial beings, all equally struck with wonder: Rudras (storm deities), Adityas (solar deities), Vasus (elemental deities), Sadhyas (a class of divine beings), Vishvas (universal gods), Ashvins (divine twins), Maruts (wind gods), Ushmapas (a class of divine beings who feed on heat/steam), Gandharvas (celestial musicians), Yakshas (nature spirits), Asuras (powerful beings), and Siddhas (perfected ones). All are vismitah — amazed, astonished. No being in any world is unmoved by this vision.
