एतन्मे संशयं कृष्ण छेत्तुमर्हस्यशेषतः । त्वदन्यः संशयस्यास्य छेत्ता न ह्युपपद्यते ॥
etanme saṃśayaṃ kṛṣṇa chettumarhasyaśeṣataḥ | tvadanyaḥ saṃśayasyāsya chettā na hyupapadyate ||
Translation
O Krishna, you should cut this doubt of mine completely. There is no other who is able to cut this doubt than you.
Interpretation
Arjuna's faith shines through even in his doubt: he knows that only Krishna — the embodiment of divine wisdom — can truly answer this question. 'There is no other' (tvadanyah... na hyupapadyate). This is the beautiful posture of the sincere disciple: bringing their deepest doubt not to peers or to logic, but to the realized teacher, with the conviction that wisdom alone can resolve what intelligence cannot.
