Translation
From whom all beings have their source and by whom all this is pervaded — by worshipping Him through one's own work, one attains perfection.
Interpretation
The theological heart of karma yoga: work becomes worship when offered to the Source of all. The One from whom all beings arise, who pervades the entire universe — this is the God to whom every action, however ordinary, can be offered. A mother cooking is worshipping; a farmer planting is worshipping; a craftsperson crafting is worshipping — if the inner orientation is devotion and surrender. 'Sva-karmana tam abhyarcya' — 'worshipping Him through one's own work' — transforms the entire ordinary life into a continuous sacred offering.
